ANGELA J. HANSKE, ASSOCIATE

Angie represents clients in a
variety of general civil litigation matters
including divorce, custody, parenting time,
child support, contract disputes, probate and
estate planning. Angie’s approach to a client’s
case is shaped by the diversity of her
background. Prior to joining Borden, Steinbauer,
Krueger & Knudson, Angie was a judicial law
clerk in Crow Wing County to the Honorable David
J. Ten Eyck. She also worked as a criminal
prosecutor for the city of Elk River and was
actively involved as a mediator with the
Alternative Dispute Resolution Center in St.
Paul.
Angie’s intimate knowledge of the judicial
system makes her a strong voice for clients
involved in litigation. Her experiences as a
mediator and as an attorney representing clients
in mediation make her an effective advocate for
clients who may be looking for an alternative
method of resolving disputes. Angie is a Rule
114 Qualified Neutral with mediation experience
in a variety of civil and family related areas.
Angie strives to work closely with each client
to advocate for their rights and reach a fair
result at a reasonable cost.
