Ginny assists clients faced
with the prospect of litigation in various areas
of law. In particular, she assists businesses
and individuals in a variety of real estate
disputes including: zoning applications and
appeals, construction disputes, landlord/tenant
conflicts, and easement and boundary line
disputes. For several years, beginning when she
practiced with the Minneapolis law firm of Gray
Plant Mooty, Ginny has assisted clients with
environmental issues such as state and federal
Superfund, Clean Water Act, wetlands, toxic
tort, Petrofund, and EAW/EIS petitions. Ginny
also has an extensive background in commercial
litigation.
Ginny's family law clients appreciate her
compassion and vigorous representation. Ginny
understands the special personal needs of
families when dealing with adoptions, divorce,
custody and child support, guardianships and
conservatorships, and probate disputes. Her goal
in family cases is to work with the client to
reach a fair resolution at a reasonable cost.
Ginny also has an extensive background in
appellate work. She frequently prepares briefs
and argues before the Minnesota Court of
Appeals.
